Below is a message from our friends at Diaspora. MADRE is a co-sponsor of this rally and march to show support for the people of Haiti.
As we enter this new year, we are reminded of the painful and tragic earthquake that struck Haiti almost one year ago to-date. During that time it has struggled with a cholera epidemic with no end in sight, an increasing number of homeless families, and horrible water and sanitation conditions.
Come show your support for the people of Haiti, raise your voice with us and march!
