Noemi Mangual-Rosa helps support MADRE’s communications and marketing tasks, projects and media archive. Noemi is a first generation college student and holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Rutgers University with a strong commitment to advocating and supporting for gender justice and ending violence against BIPOC communities.
