Marianna Garcia graduated with a Masters in Latin American Studies from Columbia University in 2019. Since then she interned at CoreWoman Nonprofit, assisting in product strategy for an app designed to aid social workers in Latin America to empower women entrepreneurs. Additionally, she provided support to the founder and the entire app development team throughout her internship. Additionally, Marianna has won multiple national championships in competitive speaking, and set a record as the first person in the history of Collegiate Speech in the United States to win a national championship with a speech entirely in a non-English language (Spanish).
