Advocacy Projects Manager
Kimberly Blair, Advocacy Projects Manager, manages the Advocacy Team's large-scale government and institutional grants, quarterly reporting to funders, annual work plan and departmental budget, as well as several other project deliverables relevant to the department's thematic work. She also provides technical assistance on financial and program management to our partners in Iraq, Colombia and the DRC. Prior to her time at MADRE, Kimberly worked on strategic planning and monitoring and evaluation of programmatic activities for Planned Parenthood League of Massachusetts and on research to advance reproductive freedom and justice through the Harvard Kennedy School and at the Center for Reproductive Rights. She holds her Master of Public Health in Health Policy and Law and Maternal and Child Health from the Boston University School of Public Health and her Bachelor's degree in Women and Gender Studies from Georgetown University. She speaks Spanish and Portuguese fluently.
