Meagan Barrera

Human Rights Advocacy Coordinator

Meagan Barrera, Human Rights Advocacy Coordinator, helps to coordinate MADRE's strategic human rights advocacy initiatives and provide support to women's civil society organizations. Before joining MADRE she assisted various international human rights organizations with research and advocacy on issues related to gender, children's rights, and business and human rights. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Master of International Affairs from Columbia University.
