You helped former child soldiers overcome trauma in Colombia

EOYReport-Colombia.jpgChildren as young as eight are used as soldiers in Colombia’s armed conflict. Some are “street” children, others taken from their families by armed groups. They are forced to kill, and many are sexually abused.

  • With your support, our sister organization, Taller de Vida, is now able to offer trauma counseling to scores of former child soldiers.  Rehabilitation includes human rights education, and music and art therapy to help them overcome their ordeal and restore their stolen childhood. Thank you.
